No formula was used in the Election jubilee says.

​The hearing of The NASA presidential election petition enters it’s second day with the third respondents who are the Jubilee party presenting their submissions at the Supreme court. Speaking at the Supreme court on Tuesday morning jubilee lawyer Mr Ngatia told the court that the allegations by NASA that there was a formula that was used to predetermine the outcome of the elections are false and untrue and the formula is only known to the author. “The allegations by the petionor that there was a formula used to predetermine the winner are false, the formula being presented before the court is only known to its author”, Said Ngatia. He added that the allegations by NASA that many form 34A’s were not signed are false and that NASA had 73% of agents in all the polling stations and that 94% of the agents signed the forms. dered why NASA were complaining why the elections results were being streamed live without Form 34A and they were the ones who championed for the presidential results to be given at consititutional level. The hearing of presidential petition is ongoing with the verdict expected on Friday.
