UDA party harvests big as Secretary General of UDM party Hon.Halake Waqo Halake defects to the ruling party.

While welcoming him to the party, UDA Secretary General Sen. Cleophas Malalah noted that Halake's

move underpinned party leader President William Ruto's advocacy for inclusivity in party membership and his desire to have the ruling party bear a national outlook through membership from across the country.
